Helping You Think Clearly About Work, Anxiety and Direction

A steady space to reflect on work, confidence, pressure and what comes next.

You May Recognise Yourself Here

  • You feel anxious or uncertain about work or what comes next.

  • Your working life no longer feels sustainable or like the right fit.

  • Your confidence has quietly slipped, even though you appear to be coping well.

  • Stress, pressure or relationships at work are beginning to affect your health, confidence, relationships or life outside work.

  • The pace of change at work, including technology and AI, is beginning to affect your confidence, clarity or sense of direction.

I work with people from a range of professional and creative backgrounds — including graduates, teachers, academics, journalists, writers, people in tech, self-employed people, business owners and people returning to the workforce — who are navigating change, pressure, uncertainty or risk in working life.

When Work No Longer Feels Straightforward

Work shapes much more than income. It affects confidence, identity, routine, relationships and our sense of direction in life.

When work becomes uncertain, pressured or no longer feels like the right fit, it can become difficult to think clearly about what comes next.

Technology and AI are reshaping many industries, creating new questions about confidence, relevance, skills and direction in working life.

I offer structured online counselling sessions where we can reflect carefully on your situation, understand what may be getting in the way, and work towards decisions you feel ready to act on.

I’m Claire, a qualified and accredited counsellor (NCPS registered), offering online therapy to adults across the UK.

If any part of this feels familiar, you’re welcome to get in touch for a free 30-minute consultation to see whether working together feels right for you.

How We Work Together

In our sessions, we focus on the questions, pressures or decisions that feel most difficult to carry on with alone.

I bring structure and perspective; you bring your experience, concerns and the realities of your working life.

Together we look carefully at what may be getting in the way — whether that’s anxiety, pressure, uncertainty, confidence or patterns that have become difficult to shift.

The work takes place in a confidential and thoughtful setting, with space to speak openly, reflect carefully and begin making sense of what’s happening.

We take time to understand what feels most important to focus on, and what meaningful progress might look like for you.

The aim is not perfection or certainty, but steadier thinking, stronger self-trust and decisions you feel more able to stand behind.
